Shipping Policy

Shipping to Greece

  • Free shipping is offered for orders over 50€.
  • Please check out each item’s information for processing times and availability.
  • All parcels are shipped from Athens, Greece, by Speedex Courier Services.
  • You will be provided of the parcel’s tracking number.

Shipping to the rest of the world

  • Please check out each item’s information for processing times and availability.
  • All orders are sent as registered items with a tracking number via HELLENIC POST (ELTA).
  • We do not ship to Germany.

Delivery times

  • Europe: 10-20 business days (except Spain and Italy. Those countries often require up to 40 business days).
  • United States: 15-45 business days.
  • Australia: 20-45 business days.
  • Canada: 25-55 business days.
  • Elsewhere globally: 20-65 business days.

Please allow extra time for the shipment during peak seasons for the Posts like Christmas & holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy

Please read carefully our Return & Refund policy before you send something back to us. We will not issue refunds for products we receive with no prior notice.

We accept returns and exchanges according to EU rules.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. After that, unfortunately we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a reimbursement, the item must be unused and in mint condition, in its original packaging. To complete the refund, we also require the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: The buyer covers all shipping fees.


  • Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts.
  • Any item returned after the 14-day refund-period has expired.
  • Items that were/are on sale.
  • Any custom or personalized order.

You will receive an email from us as soon as the returned item is received and inspected, also notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your account within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted). Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at


We can only exchange items for others of the same or higher value. If you want to exchange an item for a lower-priced one, a store-credit will be given to you to use on a future order. Store-credits cannot be passed to others and are valid for a one-year period. If your item is defective or damaged you may exchange it for an identical unscathed item.

If you received a gift purchased from our store and you want to return it, you can either exchange it or you can receive a Gift-credit of equal value.

Please remember that we need to be notified within 14 days from receiving your purchase. After that all purchases are final.

You will be responsible for covering all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Delivery time of your exchanged item may vary, depending on the delivery address.
